We are a comprehensive community behavioral health center meeting the treatment needs of individuals managing a mental health or substance use disorder.

New Concepts is a faith-based organization certified by CARF and the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services. As a partner of the Mental Health Recovery Services Board of Lucas County, we are fully operational as a comprehensive community behavioral health center providing treatment services to individuals managing a mental health or substance use disorder. We provide services ranging from psychiatric care to case management (care coordination) so clients can make better, more positive lifestyle choices. We serve preschool-aged children through older adults. We embrace anyone who walks through the door wanting our care. We have partnerships with Toledo Public Schools and local charter schools.
