Cadence Care Network
Cadence Care Network provides trauma-informed behavioral health and foster care services to help children, youth, and families pursue their best possible life.
At Cadence Care Network, we serve children, youth, and families who are seeking support for emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges. Many of the individuals we work with have experienced trauma, are involved in multiple systems of care, or need extra support to thrive at home, in school, and in the community. Through our trauma-informed and family-centered approach, we provide a continuum of care that includes behavioral health services, foster care programs, care coordination, and specialized services for transition-aged youth. We partner with families, schools, county agencies, and other providers to ensure each person receives the support they need to pursue their best possible life. Our mission is to promote healing, safety, and long-term success for every individual we serve.
